| Responsibilities: | Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries and distributing them to the respective Customer Service or Sales Engineers. - Generate quotations based on customer requirements. - Assist customers with self-collection of products from the store. - Manage call answering and routing. - Support Customer Service team with daily routine tasks. - Perform accurate data entry tasks. - Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD). |
