| Responsibilities: | - In charge of order planning, receiving, picking, quality control and packing activities. - Document filing to be properly done - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & carry out housekeeping (5S) practice in warehouse - Accomplish any task/responsibility assign by warehouse manager - To Wave invoice & segregate according to location respectively - To ensure incoming goods & shipments are properly load or unload from the transporter and ensure physical stocks are tally with packaging list/invoice and carry out put away process - Inform store supervisor/ Assistant Store Supervisor when receiving of damaged or shortage of quantity goods immediately - Acknowledge receipt of goods and dated - Prepare arranging and stacking of goods - Retrieving of goods as per invoice, accuracy in order picking - Goods consignment note to be picked - Report any damaged or stock discrepancies immediately to the Supervisor/ Warehouse Manager - Ensure items picked in correct quantity and conduct appearance check before delivery - Ensure correct modification is done as per in the modification form - To check strictly on returned and rejection goods. - Ensure products are protect with proper packing material & method before delivery - All picked invoices to be recorded in the delivery record book and to be acknowledge by the person who delivers |

| Requirements: | Minimum SPM or equivalent or minimum 1 year working experience in the related field Good in inventory control and analytical skills Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any fields are welcome to apply. Willing to work in store department environment. Able to do works upon requested by respective supervisor. Must be honest, team player, hardworking with a positive attitude and willing to share responsibilities.
